Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened tea products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.
